We had a great time staying in this hotel with beautiful mountain views, and the staff was really friendly, and the room had all the amenities we needed.

It was best base for travelling to Fairmont Hot Springs, I was glad to stay there. Staff was affable and helpful and I enjoyed that. The bedroom was separate with views of the mountains. Included a spa bathtub, a drier, and bath sheets, all very handy.

This place offers incredible accommodation with breathtaking mountain views and a stunning setting surrounded by the majestic beauty of nature. It is conveniently located close to waterfalls, a ski hill, and golf courses.

The unit was spacious with three bedrooms and a pull-out in the basement. the kitchen was well-stocked. Trails around the property were excellent, offering great opportunities for hiking. the wildlife around the property was a bonus, except for the bears. the scenery was excellent, and golf courses were easily accessible.

Felt at ease, no reason to complain.

The location was just perfect, with the natural hot springs and amenities within walking distance. The property itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful, especially when our door code didn't work upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen area was great for preparing our meals. We also enjoyed the nearby walking trails through the woods, viewpoint, and waterfalls. a great experience and highly recommended!
